🔨 Does your sporting group need new equipment?

Just like South Burnie Bowls Club needed last year. They received $9,500 to repair and replace shades on one side of the green  when they submitted a Maintenance and Improvement Grant!

🌱 Do you have an innovative environmental idea that can come to life with funding?

The RSPCA Tasmania had one. Last year they received $4,500 to help trap and assess semi owner cats and feral cats for rehabilitation when they submitted an Environmental Grant application!

🎾 Does your community club need a new program?

Burnie Surf Life Saving club did – when they submitted their Community Grant, they received $2,404 in funding to provide a program for youth with disabilities and their families/carer, giving them the opportunity to participate in recreational activities!

The Community Grants Program enables Council to support a diverse range of activities, services, programs and events that are responsive to the community’s needs.
