Reserved Parking Spaces

Reserved spaces within Council car parks offer a cost-effective option for parking for those who work in the CBD and would like a dedicated parking space. 

Spaces can be reserved for 6 or 12 months on a pre-paid basis.

Locations with reserved parking include:

  • Marine Terrace Multi-Storey Car Park
  • King Street
  • Burnie Arts & Function Centre
  • Portside
  • Little Alexander Street
  • Columnar Court

Cancellation

Terms and Conditions

INVOICED ON THE 1ST OF EACH MONTH

• Vehicles MUST park in the designated space ONLY

• Payment until the end of the month must be made in advance.

• Dash Card must be displayed on the dashboard at all times.

• Please advise the Council of vehicle registration number changes.

• Cancellation Form must be completed if space is no longer required 7 days before the date of cancellation.

 

It is understood that the allocation of a Reserved Parking Space shall be subject to availability, and that it may not be possible for the Council to grant the location and/or number of spaces requested in this application.

Council reserves the right to suspend reserved space if the account is more than one month in arrears.
