Burnie Sports Centre

The Burnie Sports Centre is located in Upper Burnie 1.5km from the city centre and regularly hosts a variety of sports.

Upper Burnie Recreation Ground

Upper Burnie Recreation Ground is the home of the Burnie Rugby Club and is suitable for rugby and touch football.

Stowport Recreation Ground

Home of the Stowport Cricket Club, the Stowport Recreation Ground is located beside the Stowport Hall on Stowport Road.

Wivenhoe Recreation Ground

Home of the Burnie Harness Racing Club, Yeoman and South Burnie Football Clubs, the Natone Cricket Club and the Darwin Football Association, the Wivenhoe Recreation Ground boasts gorgeous views over Bass Strait.

Burnie Aquatic Centre

Built for healthy living and fun, with a 25m indoor pool, a 50m outdoor pool and a kids play area. Managed by Sea-Lyons Aquatics who also run swim, aqua aerobics, fitness classes and swimming lessons, with inflatables during school holidays.

Montello Recreation Ground

Montello Recreation Ground is the home of the Burnie United Football Club and is suitable for soccer and junior cricket.

Burnie Skate Park

Skate Park catering for skateboarders, in-line skaters, BMX riders and rollerskates. Home to many youth-orientated events such as the Know Your Odds Skate, Scooter and BMX Series.

Acton Recreation Ground

Acton Recreation Ground is suitable for cricket and softball and is the home of the Acton Cricket Club and the Burnie Softball Association.

The Point - West Park

The Point @ West Park is a modern and stylish event space situated within the West Park Sports Precinct. It serves as an ideal venue for functions and corporate events, managed and operated by the Burnie Hurricanes cricket club.

Natone Recreation Ground

Home of the Natone Football Club, the Natone Recreation Ground is located on Upper Natone Road.

Ridgley Recreation Ground

Home of the Ridgley and West Ridgley Cricket clubs as well as the Ridgley Football Club, the Ridgley Recreation Ground also has the potential to host a large array of one off events.

West Park Oval and Cycling Track

West Park Oval and Cycling Track is home to both Australian Rules football and cricket facilities, as well as cycling, athletics and The Point function centre.
