Burnie is the second largest city in Tasmania's northwest. Along with Devonport, our central and outer business areas provide services for more than 100,000 residents in the surrounding northwest towns and communities.   Burnie's busy port is integral to the region's producers and manufacturers, it also services the booming cruise ship industry and associated economy.
