What you’ll need

Enter your Account reference number  (found on your notice): 

  • Rates → Assessment Number + Property ID 
  • Infringement / Fine → Ticket Number 
  • Animal Registration → Animal Number 
  • Food Business → Reference Number
  • Invoice → Debtor Account Number  

Secure eServices payments are processed via Commonwealth Bank BPoint.

Call 03 6430 5700 during cashier hours 8:45am to 4:45pm Monday to Friday.

After hours, call 1300 886 451 and follow the BPoint prompts. Mastercard and Visa are accepted.   

Your Rates Assessment Reference Number can be found on the bottom front page of your rates notice.

We accept cash, eftpos, and credit card payments.

Pay through your Bank

  1. Choose the BPAY payment option in Bill Payment.
  2. Enter the BPAY Biller code, Customer Reference Number (CRN), amount and date from your bill*
  3. Click Pay
