Direct debit allows for the electronic transfer of money from your bank account to make regular payments. You can authorise the City of Burnie to debit your nominated bank account monthly, when instalments are due, or annually (payment in full by 30 August)

Deliver in-person to 80 Wilson st Burnie. 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday.

  • pay your rates using direct debit
  • update your details on an existing direct debit
  • cancel an existing direct debit

 

How does it work?

Direct debits will occur on the last business day of the month, if your debiting falls due on a weekend we will process it on the next business day.
