To help you manage your rates, we offer several flexible payment options, including instalment plans, automated payments through direct debit or BPAY View, and deferred payment arrangements for those experiencing financial hardship.

To make a Payment Arrangement

  1. Check your current Rates Balance and make part payments online at any time.
  2. Try our online Rates Calculator to find a payment amount and frequency that suits your budget and clear your balance.
  3. Submit a payment arrangement request using the form below, applications will be processed within 10 business days.

Please note if the payment arrangement is accepted but not followed, Council may commence debt recovery.
