Payment Arrangement Request - Rates

Need help managing your council rates payments? We offer flexible payment arrangements to assist property owners in managing their rates including:

• Installment Plans – spreading part payments across the year.
• Direct Debit, or BPay View – set up automatic payments for your convenience.
• Deferred Payments - if experiencing financial hardship, please request an extension through our financial hardship form.

To make a Payment Arrangement

1. View your current Rates Balance and make part payments online.
2. Try our online Rates Calculator to find your ideal payment amount, and the frequency needed to clear your balance.
3. Use the form below to request a payment arrangement, applications will be processed within 10 business days.

Please note if the payment arrangement is accepted and is not adhered to, Council may commence proceedings to recover the amount outstanding at any time.
