From September 2025, all properties within the serviced Inzone (outside the CBD) receive a three‑bin, fortnightly kerbside collection service, included in property rates and delivered by Council’s contractor Veolia.
The service is designed to reduce landfill by diverting recycling and FOGO, with optimised routes that balance minimising cost with maximising the number of properties serviced.

Easy steps for smooth collections
- Only bins assigned to your property will be collected.
- Do not overfill bins, lids must close fully
- Keep bin weight under 50 kg
- Leave 1m between bins
- Keep bins clear of cars, poles, trees, and power boxes
- When parking, leave space for bins to be safely collected
- Return bins inside your property boundary within 24 hours of collection.
