Wheelie Bin Replacement
New services and new bin requests:
For a newly built home or a new CBD business, complete the Kerbside Collection Request Form. Include the date of occupancy for new builds or new businesses.
Damaged Bins
If your wheelie bin has been damaged during collection (for example, the lid, hinges, wheels, or axle): (03) 6427 4646 or email photos to hello@nwrrr.com.au
Lost or Stolen Replacement Bins
To confirm which zone your property is in, refer to the map of Collection zones(PDF, 354KB)
CBD-zone: Businesses provide their own bins, for new or replacement bin identification stickers, complete the Kerbside Collection Request Form
In-zone: Council provides three bins (Landfill, Recycling, and FOGO). Each bin has a unique serial number assigned to the property. Bins must stay with the property, even when residents or businesses move.
If you have just moved into a property and the wheelie bin is missing, please contact your property manager, the previous owner, or your Conveyancer to arrange the return of the bin/s, or a replacement.
