We would like to advise our community that we are continuing to investigate the environmental incident around Emu River.
 
Signage will remain in place advising the community to avoid entering the river until further notice. We would like to thank the community for your patience as we work hard for you on this environmental concern.

Emu River
Due to notifications from the public Council Officers are continuing to investigate pollution incidents in the Emu River. We have erected signage advising the community to avoid entering the river until further notice.
 
Cooee Creek Beach
Due to notification from the public Council officers are investigating a pollution incident impacting the Cooee Creek Beach. We have erected signage advising the community to avoid entering the water until further notice.
 
Council are continuing to investigate all notifications of pollution in our waterways. We would like to thank the community for your patience as we work hard for you on these environmental concerns.
