Burnie Port three ships in port

Submissions are now closed

The 15 November 2023 sees the first cruise ship return, marking the beginning of the 2023-2024 season, of which 41 ships are scheduled to port in Burnie!

Council is again seeking businesses to sell their tourism experiences and makers to sell their artisan products from the Discover Burnie Hub - this year to be held within the Marine Plaza area.

Due to the amount of overwhelming interest we have already received, we wish to advise that we may need to be selective around the number of operators we can have on the site this year, whilst also ensuring that there is diversity of products and services throughout the season.

If you are interested in joining us (either for the first time or again!) please submit your Expression of Interest by completing the form below.  Successful registrants will have the opportunity to bring brochures, signage, marquees and/or other material to promote and sell their product or experience - all subject to approval.

Initial submissions will be open until COB Tuesday 10th October 2023.  Successful registrants will be contacted as soon as possible after this date to discuss further details, including availability.  In the interim, please head over to the ship schedule on the TasPorts website to identify what your availability would be.

And don't forget to share this opportunity with people you know – it is a fantastic opportunity to showcase what Tasmania and more specifically the North West has to offer.
