2024 Tasmanian Masters Games 5th – 13th October 

  • Official Welcome Event Saturday 5th October 7pm
  • Closing Ceremony 12th October 7pm (location TBA)

 

The Tasmanian Masters Games (TMG) will bring together participants and their families to enjoy the vibrant offerings of the North West Coast of Tasmania. As one of Tasmania’s largest multi-sport festivals, TMG features an extensive sports program, attracting weekend warriors from across the state, and abroad.

Burnie will host exciting competitions, including pickleball at the Upper Burnie Sports Centre and show jumping at the Burnie Agriplex (Showgrounds) . Athletes will be able to immerse themselves in friendly competition, connect with other participants, and explore all Northern Tasmania has to offer.

  • Basketball - Devonport Stadium – Forbes Street.
  • Bowls - Country Club, 66 Woodrising Ave, Spreyton.
  • Carriage Driving - Carriage Driving Grounds, Native Road, Railton.
  • Football (Soccer) - 34-44 Lovett Street, Devonport.
  • Golf - Country Club, 66 Woodrising Ave, Spreyton.
  • Gymnastics - 31-49 Mersey Main Road, Spreyton.
  • Netball - Marj Kerslake Netball Centre – Mersey Main Road, Spreyton.
  • Pickleball - Burnie Sports Centre – 2 Southwell Street Upper Burnie.
  • Rowing - Lake Barrington International Rowing Course 520 Staverton Road.
  • Sailing - Port Dalrymple Yacht Club – Kemps Parade, Beauty Point.
  • Shooting - Rubicon Sporting Complex, SSAA T06 Range, Smith & Others Road, Sassafras.
  • Show Jumping - Burnie Agriplex (Showground)
  • Small Bore and Air Rifle - 143 Devils Gate Road Barrington.
  • Swimming - Launceston Aquatic and Leisure Centre.
  • Tennis - Tennis Club, Eugene Street, Devonport
  • Tenpin Bowling - 103 William Street, Devonport
  • Touch Football - Meercroft Park, Devonport.
  • Wheelchair basketball - Ulverstone Sports & Leisure Centre.
  • Wood chopping - Showgrounds, 2 Winkleigh Road Exeter.

Your Games registration provides event medals, along with your Welcome Bag carrying your Games ID, Hartz Water, and local business vouchers, plus you’ll enjoy free entry to the official events – live music, with local restaurants, a brewery and gin distillery all on site. The sports fee covers competition costs.
