A free 3.5 hour workshop suitable for businesses, community groups, workers, volunteers and anyone else interested. 

Information that isn’t presented clearly creates confusion and can lead to misunderstandings, missed opportunities and mistakes. This hands-on skills-based workshops will cover what plain English is, and techniques and tips on how to write clearly.
