BirdLife Australia’s Community Grants - Applications close on May 1st.
There is up to $20,000 in funding available for projects that align with BirdLife Australia’s Bird Conservation Strategy. This funding covers items such as equipment, signage, vegetation restoration, as well as support for volunteers, community education, training, and advocacy.
Event Marketing Tasmania – Winter 2024 Edition - Closes 1 May 2024.
To assist event organisers to increase their event marketing activity. Grants are available to the organisers of events held in Tasmania from April to September 2024. Eligible applicants can apply for a grant between $5,000 and $10,000, specifically designated to their interstate marketing activities that target visitors from outside Tasmania.

The purpose of this grant opportunity is to provide funding to an organisation to lead a national body to facilitate coordination and collaboration of working women’s centres across Australia.
Therapeutic Farming Small Grants Program - close at 5 pm on Friday, 10 May 2024.
Funding for activities that aim to strengthen the use of therapeutic farming in Tasmania. This could include improving community engagement in the design and evaluation of therapeutic farming, establishing partnerships between entities that have key interests in Tasmanian therapeutic farming, or setting up the foundations to pilot a therapeutic farming model in Tasmania.
Small Business Advice and Financial Guidance Program Round 3 - Submissions close 2:00pm 30 May 2024.
Provides small businesses with funding to engage an appropriate consultant to provide advice or services that will assist in business recovery, transition, growth or application of other management services.
Junior Travel Assistance Program
Round Two closing for applications on 30 May 2024 or when the funding available has been exhausted.
Touring grants Closes 31 May 2024.
Of up to $20 000 are available to eligible organisers of auto, motorbike, cycle or walking tours in Tasmania during the winter and shoulder season. Funding is based on the number of interstate or international participants staying in paid commercial accommodation forfive nights or more, with 40 percent or more of the tour being held in regional areas.
Championship grants Closes 31 May 2024.
Of up to $10 000 are available for eligible competitions that bring more than 100 competitors and supporters to Tasmania, who stay in paid commercial accommodation for three nights or more, and are able to promote pre- and post-championship travel within the state as part of their event marketing.
On Farm Connectivity Program- Close 31 May 2024.
Provides eligible Equipment Suppliers with up to $30,000 rebate for sales of digital farming technology to eligible Primary Producers to help improve their connectivity and productivity.

Sheep and Goat Electronic Identification (eID) - closes 13 June 2024
Support Scheme Grant Round 1 is intended to facilitate the installationof required infrastructure and equipment to establish eID scanning at crucial points throughout the sheep and goat supply chain.This will help support the implementation of mandatory individual eID for sheep and goats from 1 January, 2025.

Step Forward grants - Healthy Tasmania Fund. Closes 30 June 2024. Up to $5,000 for a wide range of activities and equipment that support health and wellbeing. They could be for training, posters, brochures or equipment needed for services and programs focused on keeping people healthy and well.
Residential Land Rebate - close 5:00PM 30 June 2024. Rebates of up to $10 000 per lot are available to developers to help cover the cost of power, water and sewerage infrastructure.
Accelerating Trade Grant Program - Round 5 - Closes 2:00PM 30 June 2024. Program helps Tasmanian businesses to collaborate, expand their presence and introduce Tasmanian products and services to the world, providing grants of up to a 50 per cent contribution towards specific off-island activities that support market growth and diversification opportunities for Tasmanian businesses. This includes activities such as promotional events or campaigns, market research and business matching services, and inbound buyer visits.
Tasports Community Grants Program. Applications open on 1 August 2024 for projects scheduled to take place between October 2024 and April 2025. Grants up to $5,000 are available for supporting organisations, community groups and events that benefit communities surrounding our port operations and across Tasmania. Key Focu areas include Community Engagement, Marine Safety, Marine and Coastal Environmental Protection, Maritime Heritage.
