Federation Street Play Space
The Federation Street Children's Indoor Play Space is located in the foyer area of Federation Street at the Burnie Regional Museum.
Children can sit and read a book, colour in, play with dress-ups or chill out with a parent or carer. The space also has comfortable chairs where breast-feeding mothers can sit comfortably to feed their baby.
The equipment was made available from a Culture, Heritage and Arts Regional Tourism (CHART) grant, awarded to the museum from the Australian Museums and Galleries Association (AMaGA).
Watch this space for upcoming story time and early years craft sessions.
