Statement of Compliance Request

First ensure you have reviewed the details for Existing or New/Modified access including the required supporting information to be included with your request.

Council will assess the request and if compliant will issue a Statement of Compliance which must be included with a Development permit application.

You will be notified by email as to whether or not your application is compliant.

An issued Statement of Compliance is valid for 12 months.
