Recycling Collection

From September 2025, all properties within the new Inzone (outside of the CBD) will be included in the regional 3-bin fortnightly collection service.

Here are a few basics about recycling services...

• To find out exactly what items can be recycled go to:     nwrrr.com.au/guide
• Your recycling is collected fortnightly on the same day as your waste
• Keep track of which week is recycling by downloading the Recycling Week calendar(PDF, 129KB)
• Please place your bin out the night before your collection day
• Leave a good gap between bins so the truck lifting arm can fit easily
• Familiarise yourself with the The Do's and Dont's of Kerbside Recycling(PDF, 4MB)  and contamination in your bin won't be a problem.

What do I do if I need a new recycling bin?

To request a recycling bin for a newly built house please complete this New Kerbside Collection Form

My bin wasn't collected. Who do I contact?  Please call Veolia directly on 03 6427 4646. 

Lost Bins

If you have moved to a property and the wheelie bin is missing please get in touch with your property manager, or the previous owner to return the bin.
