A DISCOUNT of 2.0% will be provided on current rates and charges, excluding fire levy and landfill (waste) levy, where all rates and charges including any arrears, are paid in full by 5.00 pm on 31 August 2025.

DOG REGISTRATIONS 2025-26
Pursuant to Part 2 of the Dog Control Act 2000 owners and keepers of dogs residing within the Burnie municipal area are advised that the Dog Registration Fees for 2025-2026 for all dogs over the age of six (6) months as at 1 July 2025, are as follows:-
