Free replacement of dog tags

Council last year introduced lifetime dog tags for your dog’s registration, which, as the name suggests, are meant to last for many years. However, Council has recently been made aware the dog tags aren’t lasting as long as they should. 

We are working with the supplier to arrange better quality ones, but we need your help. If your dog tags have worn out, please bring in or post your tag to Council, or email burnie@burnie.tas.gov.au us a photo of the tag, and we will issue you with a new tag for free.
