Disaster Ready Fund - is the Australian Government’s flagship disaster resilience and risk reduction initiative, which will fund projects to support Australians to manage the physical, social and economic impacts of disasters caused by climate change and other natural hazards. Round Four (2026–27), which is expected to open in early to mid-2026.

Harcourts Foundation Grant Round. Closes 3 August. Funding for community-based organisations delivering projects that benefit local communities.Grant Round 70 – 4 May 2026 to 3 August 2026. Grant Round 71 – 4 August 2026 to 3 November 2026. Grant Round 72– 4 November 2026 to 3 February 2027

2026 Governance for Social Impact  close 21 August 2026. The executive education program will be delivered in a way that develops participants in an engaging and participatory way that will challenge participants' thinking and help them better understand and lean into the complexity of the social purpose landscape.

 

Arts Projects for Individuals and Groups: closes 1 September 2026. Up to $50,000 for a range of activities and projects, both national and international, across all art practices.

Solar Sunshot Round 1B  closesd 12 November 2026. ARENA has allocated $50 million to Round 1B: Solar PV Manufacturing Studies: feasibility studies and front end engineering and design (FEED). Round 1B was launched in August 2024 and will remain open to Full Applications until 12 November 2026.

 

2026 Community Action Grant closes 15 November 2026.  not-for-profit community organisations for projects that support strong, vibrant, and resilient communities. This includes programs and activities that remove barriers to learning for 8–19-year-olds and build leadership capacity and capability across the community.

 

Industry Partnerships Program 2026 closes 31 December 2026. Support better quality training experiences for Tasmanian learners and strengthen the responsiveness of the training system to meet industry and business needs.

2026 Apprentice and Trainee Training Fund closes 31 December 2026. provides grants to Skills Tasmania-endorsed registered training organisations to subsidise the cost of delivering training and assessment and associated learner support services to Tasmanian apprentices and trainees. 

 


26Ten Get Ready Grants 2026. Closes 1 February 2027. 

  • support for organisations that are considering applying for a 26Ten Workplace Grant but are not sure where to begin
  • funding may be used to employ an Adult Literacy Trainer to assist them gather information required to write an application for a 26Ten Workplace Grant.

 

2025 Events Tasmania Attraction Fund. Close 31 May 2027.  The aim of the Fund is to secure mass participation events which will deliver strong levels of interstate visitation and substantial economic and social benefits for the state during the shoulder and winter months. 

  • must apply under Stage One at least four months (16 weeks) prior to event commencement
  • must hold an event between March and November in either 2025, 2026 or 2027
  • must be able to contribute at least 60 per cent of the overall event income budget.

 

PowerSmart for Small Business 2024-25. Closes 30 Jun 3028. The Tasmanian Government has launched the PowerSmart for Small Business program, providing grants of up to $1,000 to small businesses for energy efficiency audits. This initiative aims to help Tasmanian small businesses better understand their energy use, identify opportunities to reduce both energy consumption and costs, and implement energy-saving measures.

Cheaper Home Batteries Program. 2030. Provides households and small businesses with a 30% discount on the upfront cost of installing a small-scale solar battery.
