Your council rates help fund local services like roads, waste collection, parks and community facilities.

Payment Options

Notices are sent out via email or post mid-July, you can choose the option that works best for you:

Pay in full	Receive a 2% discount if paid by 31 August
Instalments	Pay in four instalments: 31 Aug, 30 Nov, 28 Feb, 31 May
Regular payments	Set up weekly, fortnightly, or monthly payments

Payments can be made online, over the phone, in person, or via other available payment methods.

Your rates fund essential infrastructure and Council services that support our community and city.

Property Rates include a general rate plus government levies, and service charges.
