TasALERT is Tasmania's official emergency information source. 

While uncommon, our community can be affected by events such as bushfires, floods, storms, interruptions to essential services or transport routes, and biosecurity or public health emergencies.

Council collaborates with key agencies like Tasmania Police, the Tasmania Fire Service, the State Emergency Service SES to assess risks, reduce impacts, and provide emergency support.
