The Burnie Tennis Club is the North-West Regional Tennis Centre and a recognised world-class tennis facility. The centre hosts the Burnie International Tennis Tournament, a professional ATP and ITF Pro Tour event for both men and women, held annually immediately after the Australian Open.
The venue features high-quality courts and supporting infrastructure designed to cater for elite competition, community participation and events. Facilities support a wide range of activities, including social, twilight and competitive tennis, as well as court hire for casual play.
Beyond tennis, the centre offers versatile function and facility hire, suitable for birthday celebrations, wedding receptions, business conventions, meetings and workshops, making it a flexible community and events venue.
