Reserve Footpath Renewal

The existing asphalt footpath from Charles Street to Jones Street has expired and is showing signs of deterioration. The path will be replaced with concrete, in line with Councils current footpath strategy.

 

 

December 2024

Approximately 350m of gravel footpath has been replaced at Romaine Reserve with a wider concrete path. The increased width provides a safer space for cyclists and pedestrians to pass each other comfortably. One section of pathway is to be completed once adjacent bridges are upgraded later in the financial year.
