Multi Storey Car Park Refresh

July 2025

Our dedicated crews are continuing to clean the Multi Storey Car Park section by section.
 
These works will be ongoing for another 6 to 8 weeks and will also include:
✅ Internal garden beds being mulched and tidied up
✅ Fresh line marking
✅ Stairwells - commencing the Disability Compliance Program
 
As part of our Capital works schedule, our building team will begin the Disability Compliance Program in the Multi Storey Car Park.
This involves the team working on every . single . step .
The work includes installing tactiles (textured surface elements) and stair nosing (a slip-resistant surface that helps by improving visibility and grip) to the 3 outer stairwells and the central stairwell.
 
We are continuing to pressure clean during open hours, with small areas being sectioned off periodically. One or two stairwells will also be closed simultaneously during the disability upgrades. We kindly ask all car park users to adhere to signage during these works. ��

 

June 2025

From Thursday 12 June, Council teams will be giving the multi storey car park a pressure wash.

The majority of cleaning will be done before the car park being open (6:30am), ensuring minimal interruptions to all parking (including reserved, disabled and pram).

During open hours, small areas will be sectioned off periodically.
