Footpath Replacement Program - Mount Street

The existing asphalt footpath from Bathurst Street to Roslyn Avenue is worn out and will be replaced with a new concrete footpath, built to Tasmanian Standards.

Stage 1 (as shown on the attached notice) will include a kerb realignment to allow for safe off-street parking. Works are scheduled to begin the week of 8th September (weather permitting)

Stage 2 and 3 will follow accordingly.

Expected Disruptions:

- The outbound lane of Bathurst Street (adjacent 235 Mount St) will need to be closed for kerb works (will be completed after Stage 3).

- The bus stop adjacent Euroka Ct will need to be temporarily relocated during Stage 3 works (to be confirmed with Metro)
