Say goodbye to plastic tags and embrace the brand-new metal tags, designed to last for your furry companion's entire life!

Each animal will be allocated a metal tag with a unique number, which will remain with your pet for its lifetime. Though pet owners will still need to renew their dog's registration annually, we will no longer issue plastic tags. 

During business hours, you can visit the Council Offices to pay your renewal fees and collect your dog's new lifetime metal tag

In the event that your lifetime metal tag is lost or damaged, replacement tags will be readily available. Simply contact the Council by phone or email, and we'll assist you.

Remember, your pet's registration is their ticket home. So please ensure that your furry friend always wears their tag, allowing for a safe return if they happen to wander off.
