Strategic Asset Management Plan

This Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP) takes the organisational objectives in our Strategic Plan Making a Better Burnie 2044, develops the asset management objectives, principles, framework and strategies required to achieve our organisational objectives. The plan summarises activities and expenditure projections from individual asset management plans to achieve the asset management objectives.
