City Office Public Holiday Closures

Council City Office and Customer Service is closed for these Tasmanian public holidays, including:

• Australia Day
• 8 Hours Day
• Good Friday
• Easter Monday
• Easter Tuesday
• Kings Birthday
• Burnie Show Day
• Recreation Day, and
• The period between Christmas and New Year's Day.

 

Burnie Waste Management Centre is OPEN from 10am to 2pm on public holidays (closed Christmas, Boxing day, Good Friday and Anzac day)

 Burnie Arts will be closed same days as the City Office

 Parking at the Multi Storey Car Park and on-street parking is FREE on public holidays
