Join Third Age Fitness this Seniors Month for a series of accessible, online exercise classes designed specifically for older adults. Delivered via Zoom, these sessions make it easy to stay active, build strength, and improve balance—all from the comfort of home.

Ideal for those who prefer not to travel or are unable to leave home, these inclusive classes also provide an opportunity to connect with others across Australia. Sessions include seated strength, resistance band workouts, dumbbell training, and balance-focused exercises, supporting participants to maintain independence, mobility, and overall wellbeing.
