Nurture your child's inner upcycler with this plastic bag basket weaving workshop.

Bring clean plastic bags, and together we will learn how to transform them into beautiful, functional baskets. Please note that children under 9 years old will need adult assistance.

ReThink Waste at the Library offers free sessions aimed at promoting waste avoidance, reduction, reuse, and recycling. Each session focuses on a different waste-related topic, aligned with the seasonal calendar. This waste education series is a fantastic opportunity for community members to enhance their understanding of waste, recycling, and sustainability, while connecting with others who share a passion for making a difference.

ReThink Waste Tasmania is a statewide waste education initiative, a collaborative effort between Tasmania’s three regional waste bodies: TasWaste South, Cradle Coast Waste Management Group, and Circular North. It is supported by the Tasmanian Waste and Resource Recovery Board, which is funded by the Tasmanian Government.
