Theme: Unpacking the Burnie Community Change Agenda 2025 → 2030

Join us for a two day symposium bringing together government and non-government service providers from across the Burnie region to explore the findings of the Burnie Community Change Agenda 2025 → 2030 and strengthen cross-sector collaboration for the future.

This event will provide a unique opportunity for organisations to:

Gain a clear understanding of the regional priorities identified through the Community Change Agenda.
Build meaningful relationships with fellow providers, funders, and community partners.
Participate in practical workshops designed to identify gaps, co-design solutions, and shape future collaborative projects.

Across the two days, attendees will hear presentations from Burnie Works, Connected Beginnings, TAC Health Services, philanthropic funders, and community representatives. Interactive sessions, including program “speed dating,” sector-based deep dives, and facilitated co-design activities aimed to support mapping current services, identifying shared priorities, and develop early-stage collaboration agreements.

Following the symposium, Burnie Works will compile insights, refine proposed solutions with community feedback, and support providers to progress partnership opportunities and future funding bids.

Who Should Attend:
All federally and state-funded service providers in the Burnie region, along with organisations working in health, mental health, community development, youth services, economic development, education, recreation, First Nations services, ACCOs, and not-for-profit sectors.
