Held on the first and third Saturday of each month, the Burnie City Market is located behind the Marine Terrace Multi-storey Carpark (or inside if it’s wet).

Originally known as the Burnie Farmers' Market, the first community-run farmers' market in Tasmania, the market remains a hub for fresh, local produce and handmade goods. Chat directly with producers and farmers while exploring a range of stalls offering the region’s best produce, food, beverages, baked goods, crafts, and handmade items.

With space for up to 61 stallholders, the market invites the Burnie community to come along and support this vibrant event.
