Regulation of Long-Term Residency in Caravan Parks

Are you a resident or operator of a caravan park? Or a stakeholder interested in long-term residency matters? We’re seeking your feedback on the regulation of long-term residency in caravan parks in Tasmania

We have released a discussion paper that will help us identify and examine the key issues and regulatory challenges surrounding long-term residents in caravan parks.

For those interested in providing feedback, we are hosting information sessions both online and across the state. Here, we will provide more information and answer any questions you have.

We will also be hosting two online sessions for those who can’t make the in-person sessions.
