Community Gambling Harm Minimisation Grants Program 2026. Closes 1 October 2026. offers Tasmanian organisations up to $125,000 (GST exclusive) to deliver projects that prevent, treat, or reduce gambling-related harm.

Community Participation Grants Program 2026. Closes 1 October 2026. provides grants of up to $25,000 (excluding GST) to support community activities that prevent or minimise gambling harm and build community capacity in Tasmania.

Real Futures Grant looks to help encourage the best people into the healthcare, business and finance industries by providing a $5,000 grant annually to one undergraduate student enrolled full-time in an accredited Australian education institution and studying a certificate, diploma, degree, or traineeship in any of the following areas: Business, Finance, Medicine, Healthcare, and/or Specialist Healthcare.


Our Real School Grant offers $5,000 to one school and/or school group/committee annually that reflects a real desire to improve the quality of their school resources and communities.

 

Marinus Link’s Community Grants and Sponsorship Program supports community initiatives in areas along the project alignment in North West Tasmania. These include communities within Burnie City, Central Coast and Waratah-Wynyard local government areas. The Community Grants and Sponsorship Program is open to registered not-for-profit organisations that demonstrate that their project or initiative aligns with our Sustainability Framework.

Community Grants  2026/2027 will open on Monday, 20 July, close 9 October 2026. Eligible organisations may apply for a community grant of up to $5,000.

 

National Science Week Closes 6 Oct 2026 will celebrate its 30th anniversary in 2027, and funding will be available to help individuals and organisations bring science engagement activities to life in their local communities.

Building Digital Skills - Round 21 open 7 September to 2 October 2026.  $3,000 – $20,500 funding so you can run a program to support over 50’s to be connected and get digital skills. A range of resources and support materials are available to help organisations deliver this program.This Be Connected program aims to support older people in Australia so they have the skills needed to participate fully in society. (Round 22: 6 October to 30 October 2026 )

26Ten Workplace Grants 2026 – Round 2 29 Oct 2026 Helps workplaces improve adult literacy, numeracy and digital skills through practical training projects that benefit employees, businesses and the wider community. 

Bikes for Kids Program close 30 October 2026. provides brand-new bicycles, helmets, and locks to children who are sick, experiencing disadvantage, or have additional needs

Variety Creative Arts Therapy close 31 October 2026. Giving kids with adverse life experiences an opportunity to express themselves in ways that promote healing and growth and help to strengthen emotional literacy, self-awareness and positive self-identity.
