Forming part of the Coastal Pathway, this multipurpose shared recreation area south of the port is a hive of activity, offering colourful change rooms, an RV dump point, a dog-friendly walking beach, outdoor exercise equipment, a boat ramp and jetty, and active canoe and yacht clubs.

Home of Disc Golf (frisbee golf), the large reserve boasts creeks, grassed areas and tracks including a pump track and MTB mountain bike trails - a playground for wheels. It is close to the city and suitable for walking, running, cycling, dog park (enclosed exercise area) and recreation.
