Join us for the festive and fabulous Burnie Christmas Parade, in partnership with
Sea FM Burnie
Friday 12 December 2025 in Burnie's CBD.
Commencing 6pm
Let’s make it a season to remember!
Burnie Christmas Parade - Road Closures
To
ensure the smooth running of the Burnie Christmas Parade on Friday, 12 December 2025, several streets will be temporarily closed to local traffic.
Closures will take place between 4:30 pm and 8 pm. Specific streets and times are as follows:
From 4:30 pm to 8 pm, the following roads will be closed:
Spring Street (from Wilson Street to Marine Terrace)
Marine Terrace (from Spring Street to Cattley Street)
From 5:30 pm to 8 pm, the closures will extend to:
Wilmot Street (from Alexander Street to Columnar Court)
Wilson Street (from North Terrace to Cattley Street)
Cattley Street (from Mount Street to Wilson Street)
Ladbrooke Street (from Wilson Street to Marine Terrace)
Mount Street (from Cattley Street to North Terrace)
North Terrace (from Alexander Street to Wilson Street)
Marine Terrace (from Multi Storey Car Park to Wilmot Street) — exiting traffic will be allowed along a designated route until marshalling into the parade route begins.
