The Grassroots Community Governance program has been designed for you.
The Grassroots Community Governance Program has been designed as an interactive program for small and medium not for profit committees with volunteer directors.
It covers aspects such as
- governance frameworks;
- effective board meetings and decision making;
- succession planning;
- the roles of directors and office bearers;
- leadership;
- community engagement;
- essential policies and procedures;
- finance and budgeting; and
- strategic planning.
It will be fun!
