Phasing out of the iPlan website

The iPlan website (www.iplan.tas.gov.au) is being phased out by the Tasmanian Planning Commission due to software limitations.

After June 30, 2023, planning schemes will no longer be available on iPlan but will be published as bookmarked and searchable PDF documents on the Commission's website: Tasmanian Planning Schemes

Zone and overlay mapping will remain accessible on the LISTmap website.

A new online platform is in development with the PlanBuild Tasmania project, is set to launch in early 2024.
