Senior Citizens' open to public

Council has set up a centre at the Senior Citizens' Club (6 Jones St, next to the Museum) in the CBD.

Come along for a cuppa, and to charge your devices.  There is a microwave to heat food and the like.  It’s a bit cold so rug up.

TasNetworks are expecting reconnections to take some time so we will remain open until Midday, then review.

 

UPDATE: The Senior Citizens' Club will be open to 6pm Monday for members of the public to use, and then it will re-open Tuesday from 10am to 4pm. All welcome.
