The Burnie Arts & Function Centre serves an array of fine food for any occasion.
Catering quality is one of the most memorable aspects of any conference, seminar or special event and echoes of praise continue to reach us from past functions. Our catering staff take advantage of our bountiful supply of quality Tasmanian produce to supply guests with an exciting and wholesome taste of Tasmania. Whether it's a business seminar or a grand formal banquet the Arts & Function Centre sources fresh Tasmanian produce, provides generous sized servings and presents your menu selections in such a way that you're sure to get praise from your guests.
Catering prices will vary according to your choices. All prices quoted are current and we suggest you may wish to add a percentage to allow for cost of living increases for functions booked more than a year in advance. Our current CPI is approximately 3% pa.. We recommend sufficient allowance be made in your conference budget to permit visitors to partake of our expansive range of quality foods.
Final catering numbers are required one week prior to the event and we suggest that your RSVP date should be at least one day prior to sending us final numbers. Guests with special dietary requirements are catered for separately and you should advise us of their needs, e.g. diabetic, vegetarian, glucose intolerant, etc, and their name and table number when you send us final catering numbers.
