A person shall not set or allow a dog to rush at, attack, worry or put in fear, any person or animal.
The keeper of a dog shall not permit that dog either by itself or together with other dogs to be or to become a nuisance.
A dog is considered a nuisance if it is injurious or dangerous to the health of any person - or it is shown to be allowed to behave consistently in a manner contrary to the general interest of the community.
Council may take action for SEIZURE and the DESTRUCTION of nuisance/dangerous animals.
